What I'm looking for

I am seeking a remote customer service or administrative role where I can use my strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. With experience in customer-facing and administrative positions, I am reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service while supporting efficient day-to-day operations.

I’m an interaction design graduate who’s applying my creativity and discipline to interaction-focused work, having just completed an MSc in Interaction Design. I’m motivated to bring strong communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset to roles where details matter.

Across my hospitality experience, I’ve worked in high-volume, high-pressure settings while staying friendly, efficient, and consistent. I prepare and serve food and drinks, manage guest experiences, handle transactions accurately using POS systems, and ensure bar cleanliness and health and safety compliance.

I’m also comfortable taking ownership and supporting teams—training new staff on bar procedures and customer service, coordinating with servers, management, and barbacks, and helping conferences run smoothly. In other roles, I’ve handled reception and booking processes, produced receipts and invoices, and kept documents filed and organized.

Beyond hospitality, I’ve built leadership and reliability through structured team work and training: teaching children horse-riding skills, caring for horses alongside a team, and leading a team manager role connected to the Cjj191 team representing Ireland at F1 in Schools World Finals. I bring self-taught precision too, with 1,000+ nail appointments, and hold Irish Red Cross emergency first aid certification valid until 2027.
