Beatrice Kabashi

I am a motivated Community Development professional with a Diploma in Community Development. I am driven by sustainable development, especially youth economic empowerment and business development initiatives.

In my role with CAMFED Tanzania as a Community Engagement / Youth Empowerment Officer, I mobilized young women and youth for entrepreneurship and business awareness programs. I supported training and guidance on business development activities and engaged communities in empowerment and education initiatives.

I also strengthened my organizational experience through administrative support work at ICT College, Njombe, where I managed daily administrative and coordination activities. I supported student and staff operations and assisted in planning and organizing institutional programs.

Earlier, as a Volunteer Executive Officer in community development activities, I participated in community mobilization and development initiatives. I helped with data collection and reporting for community programs and worked with local leaders to support community projects, bringing my communication, teamwork, and field engagement strengths to every engagement.
