I’m a Tanzanian rural development planning professional trained at the Institute of Rural Development Planning, with a focus on practical community impact. I build capability through resources mobilization, facilitation, community influencing, and planning and monitoring—so development work becomes efficient, effective, and measurable.
In my field experience, I served as an executive officer at Mtaa level and later as a Ward Executive Officer through practical training, supporting sessions, documenting summaries, participating in ward development committees, estimating ward revenue, collecting merchant information, organizing nutritional statements, and registering buildings. I also volunteered with Tanzania Social Action Fund activities for Productive Social Safety Net, handling data entry and payment agent responsibilities while contributing to the program’s day-to-day delivery.
