At World Vision Tanzania, I worked as a Project Officer (Internship) in the Gender Equality & Women’s Empowerment program, implementing gender equality and youth empowerment projects benefiting over 1,200 community members. I established and led Gender Clubs in schools and supported project planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
At RECODA, I supported programs expanding women’s and young people’s access to livelihood opportunities, including training community members in entrepreneurship, life skills, and Village Savings and Loan Associations. I’m focused on inclusive development, partnerships, and opportunities for children, women, and young people to contribute to positive social change.
