At Kahama Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (KUWASA), I manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and collect feedback to support service improvements.
At Help Them Write Tanzania, I provide organizational planning and program oversight, and lead literacy, leadership, and confidence-building mentorship initiatives for youth and children.
My work has also included coordinating youth talent programs at Tanzania Arts, delivering entrepreneurship training to young mothers and school dropouts at Teen Mother (TEMO), and supporting community development initiatives at HA Foundation.
