What I'm looking for

I’m looking to collaborate in mission-driven work where I can lead youth development and leadership programs, strengthen strategic partnerships, and use strategic communication for measurable, sustainable community impact.

I build systems that empower the next generation to lead, innovate, and transform society. I’m driven by a mission to raise empowered leaders who transform communities and shape the future of Africa.

Over the past decade, I’ve designed and led youth-focused initiatives reaching 50,000+ young people across Tanzania, with practical support in education, entrepreneurship, digital literacy, leadership development, and talent growth. I also work across youth development, media strategy, fundraising, mentorship, and faith-driven leadership formation.

In my current role as a Youth Development specialist at Compassion International (Arusha), I execute leadership development programs that have enabled 180+ young leaders to practice experiential leadership. I build strategic alliances with local government and like-minded organizations, support church partners with strategic planning, and manage youth interventions across 12 regions with funding totaling over 500,000 USD.

I also bring a strong communications and partnership lens from serving as Media Deputy Director at Calvary Temple Church, where I built branding and digital engagement initiatives reaching 500,000+ people monthly and led major campaigns. As a founder and director (Lifeline Tanzania) and managing director (Ornate East Africa Ltd), I combine program leadership with resource mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, and creative platforms to coach and inspire purpose-driven leadership.
