I've led transformation and service redesign across NHS organisations, most recently as Programme Director for outpatient reform across three newly merged Trusts at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust.

I built the first interface between Group direction and site-level delivery, established cross-site governance and reporting, and secured a capped £250,000 Blue Prism RPA funding bid. I also shaped a waiting-list validation and triage model and designed practical ways to engage clinical leaders without relying on formal authority.

At NHS Norfolk and Waveney ICB, I progressed from project delivery into budget, governance, and regional transformation leadership. I managed governance, forecasting, and audit accuracy for a circa £1.5 million budget; secured national funding for a system-level workforce pilot; coached project managers; and led a graduate-role pilot across more than thirty teams.

My six years as a Captain in the Royal Tank Regiment underpin how I lead in ambiguity: planning, risk management, multi-agency coordination, and building new capabilities from scratch. I've commanded teams of up to thirty people, delivered a £500,000-plus international exercise, and received a Chief of the General Staff commendation for operational command during a live national incident response.
