Bayley Rough
@bayleyrough
Digital marketing and AI engineer at RuffDigital and RuffAI, building AI marketing systems and websites that turn research into action.
AustraliaWhat I'm looking for
At RuffDigital and RuffAI, I built an AI marketing system that researches a niche, drafts LinkedIn and X posts in my voice, and learns from the drafts I reject. I also built a lead engine that researches businesses hiring admin staff and prepares personal cold emails for my review.
I built RuffAI Private, an 85-agent AI admin system for Australian brokers, law firms and accountants. I moved it from a self-hosted model to the Claude API to cut running costs, with human approval for important actions.
At Olla AI, I created and scheduled social content and helped the owner run a client campaign that reached over 225,000 impressions. More than ten years working in cafés still shapes how I think about customer experience, and I’m looking for a remote role where I can do marketing and build the systems behind it.
