What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role starting in January 2027 as a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or IT Service Management/ServiceNow Consultant. I enjoy working independently and remotely.

At Deutsche Telekom, I support B2B customers from their initial request through implementation and ongoing service. I prepare offers, develop suitable technical solutions, and use ServiceNow and internal Telekom systems to process customer orders and realize customer locations.

Previously, I managed 20 business customers in B2B sales, handling customer conversations, offers, contracts, and ongoing relationships. I’m completing a B.Sc. in Business Information Systems at FOM in December 2026; my thesis compares SD-WAN and MPLS economically and functionally.
