At Sign Tech service, I lead industrialization and product development projects for international clients, taking complex electro-mechanical systems from early design through production. One connected product I worked on went from R&D to mass production, exceeding 100,000 units.
Working between France and China, I build and manage industrial ecosystems with engineering teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. My work includes production processes, supplier qualification, quality and reliability, and resolving issues that arise during manufacturing.
Before Sign Tech service, I led development and industrialization of connected LCD displays at VitrineMedia Enterprise, and developed electro-mechanical and RFID products at RFIDées. I spent seven years living and working in Shenzhen, and have also worked on off-grid solar energy systems for rural electrification.
