What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Systems Analyst role where I can apply and expand my technical abilities, data reporting skills, and desire to learn as a dependable, detail-oriented member of an active team.

I'm currently monitoring and responding to enterprise network alarms at Acuative, diagnosing issues through SSH, Cisco Meraki, VMware SD-WAN (VeloCloud), and vManage. I also analyze and escalate high-priority issues under SLA requirements.

Previously, I supported proprietary accounting, payroll, and job-costing software at Foundation Software and assisted 40–50 business-service customers daily at SP Data Digital. I'm expanding my data reporting skills through Excel-based ticketing tools and SQL, with the goal of contributing as a Systems Analyst.
