I am a second-year bachelor student at the Faculty of Foreign Languages with practical experience in hospitality and tourism. I bring hands-on experience as a receptionist and seasonal tour guide, complemented by language skills in English, German and Arabic.

At Hotel Metro Tirana I managed reservations, handled night-shift responsibilities and assisted bar service, demonstrating reliability and customer focus even in solo shifts. As a tour guide with an Egyptian company, I translated between English and Arabic and worked to make cultural tours engaging for visitors.

My strengths include patience, observation, problem solving and a fast ability to learn new tasks. I enjoy team environments, interacting with guests and helping visitors have memorable experiences while representing my culture.
