I'm looking to lead or support Zoho CRM and Zoho One initiatives where I can turn business needs into organized, scalable processes, strengthen adoption, and collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders.

I've led Zoho implementations at CRM7, Wiki Consultoria, and Shield Security, translating business needs into scalable CRM, automation, and process solutions. My work spans discovery, requirements gathering, CRM restructuring, workflow design, integrations, dashboards, documentation, and user training.

I'm experienced in leading consultants, managing projects, and bridging technical and business teams in remote environments. I use Zoho One, CRM, Projects, Forms, SalesIQ, People, Survey, and Expense to support Sales, Customer Service, HR, Finance, and Operations.
