At Gardner White Furniture, I administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts, permissions, and business-application access for employees across corporate and retail locations.

I support Windows, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and employee access issues, including MFA and VPN troubleshooting. I use Datto RMM for remote diagnosis and Autotask to document troubleshooting, resolutions, and escalations.

I identified Group Policy scope as the cause of repeated BitLocker recovery prompts, coordinated remediation, and validated stable operation across stores. For a new-store opening, I deployed approximately 20 workstations and prepared employee accounts and access.

In my IT Intern role at Gardner White Furniture, I imaged Windows devices and configured Microsoft 365 and VPN access. I’ve also completed and documented Azure network security and IAM and Linux security labs, with reports and work published on GitHub.
