Technical support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 within the Pharma & Sales Application Management team. Monitored and troubleshot batch jobs, interfaces, and message flows, and developed AX jobs and data exports for business reporting.

Processed contract lists and cost data for SAP MM integration, developed Excel VBA macros for data formatting and automated Winshuttle imports, and created purchase orders in SAP MM. Extracted vendor and asset data from SAP RE for reporting and analysis.

Developed Power BI dashboards and datasets for KPI visualization, prepared and validated data for new BI solutions, and developed MSSQL views, stored procedures, and data aggregations. Coordinated interfaces between different data sources.

Planned, coordinated, and executed minor and major releases using SAP ChaRM, ensured quality assurance of SAP changes per internal standards and ITIL guidelines, and automated test cases using UFT One. Collaborated with developers and project managers in traditional IT project environments.

Completed a super intensive professional qualification bootcamp in Enterprise Backend Development with a focus on Java, Spring-Boot, MySQL, Microservice, and Backend.

Studied Economics and Management but did not complete the degree; transferred recognized academic credits to Milton Friedman University.
