What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a business-partnering role where I can improve planning, operational performance, and decision-making through critical KPI analysis and reporting automation.

At Lidl Slovenija, I steer budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting for 60+ stores and a logistics centre, partnering directly with the management board and Schwarz Group headquarters. I designed a workforce-planning tool that delivered €1.5M in savings over two years and a 5% logistics productivity uplift.

Previously at Heineken, I controlled supply chain and production operations across two breweries, owned SAP CO configuration, and contributed to the Central Finance rollout. I combine critical KPI analysis with practical automation, building 25+ MicroStrategy and Google Sheets reports that save 180+ working hours annually.
