What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product team that treats research as a fast, measurable feedback loop. I want to embed with innovators, validate ideas early with data and usability evidence, and prototype solutions so insights translate into shipped improvements quickly.

I’m a UX Researcher with 4+ years of mixed-methods experience—ranging from in-depth interviews and usability testing to GA4 funnel analysis and behavioural analytics. I translate ambiguity into evidence, so teams can move faster without losing rigor.

In 2024, I transitioned into a CEO-led AI innovation unit as the embedded researcher. I define what to build, validate whether it works, and—because I can prototype and ship—reduce the cycle time between insight and action.

At AjobThing (Maukerja & Ricebowl), I led discovery and problem framing for Qilin by running stakeholder interviews, diagnosing a post-quotation pipeline drop-off, and shaping the product brief with directly research-backed findings. I also conducted heuristic evaluations and observational usability studies on internal tools, implementing prioritized fixes to eliminate handoff lag.

Previously, I owned end-to-end research for Jobseeker and Employer initiatives. For example, my mixed-methods work on the Drop Resume feature used GA4 analytics plus interviews, surveys, and Maze usability tests—informing a redesign that improved conversion from 25% to 35% and reduced first-screen drop-off to 8%.
