What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead and scale inclusive, ethical research practices, mentor teams, and align user research with product and business impact.

I am a design researcher and product design manager with a background in interior design and a Master of Design Innovation focused on inclusive participatory research. I combine academic rigour with hands-on industry experience to produce research that drives product performance and social impact.

In industry roles I led and mentored cross-functional design and research teams, scoped projects, and aligned research with business goals at companies including Justika, Moladin, Traveloka, GOJEK, and independent consultancy work.

My master's research investigated ethical, accessible, and enjoyable participatory design methods with low-vision communities in Java, resulting in a five-principle framework for inclusive practice. I regularly run workshops and develop frameworks that help teams apply inclusive research methods.

I value facilitative leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and building designers' capabilities through mentorship and training. I seek roles where I can scale inclusive research practices and embed ethical, accessible design into product development.
