What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior UX research role where I can run full-cycle studies, scale research ops, and apply measurable insights to product trade-offs—while leveraging AI automation (Copilot/Power Automate) to help teams move faster.

I’m a Senior UX Researcher with 3+ years leading full-cycle qualitative research (quantitative-supported) across enterprise SaaS, fintech, and government products. I translate user insights into clear product direction and trade-offs, including a 48.92% conversion uplift at DANA Indonesia.

I build research operations end to end—participant recruitment and screening, research intake, standardized interview templates, and knowledge repositories—so PMs and designers can run lightweight studies at scale. I’ve also centralized multi-study insights and piloted AI-assisted research automation to streamline research-plan creation and support just-in-time decision-making.

Right now, I’m leading a network acquisition study at Telkomsel with structured methods (IDI sessions, screener design, structured interview guides) and research ops built to reach 200+ mobile users across Lombok. I’m comfortable presenting findings to director-level stakeholders, and I bring a strong analytical foundation from dashboarding and data validation work.
