I’m looking to lead delivery and architecture for integration-heavy platforms, improve developer velocity with safe AI-driven workflows, and partner tightly with Product and Design—backed by strong reliability, accessibility (WCAG), performance, and SEO quality standards.

I’m an engineering leader with a strong track record of building and mentoring high-performing backend teams. I set technical vision and lead architectural decisions for high-availability, integration-heavy platforms, while keeping delivery outcomes aligned to real product needs.

I partner closely with Product and Design to ship high-quality consumer products with a high technical bar. I’m passionate about improving developer velocity through AI-driven workflows and robust engineering practices, turning ambiguous inputs into executable plans.

In my current role, I’ve managed delivery of over 100 client projects as the primary point of contact from discovery through deployment. I designed a gated delivery methodology with requirement traceability and formal change control, and I led the agency’s move to AI-assisted delivery in Jira to structure dependency-ordered backlogs with human sign-off at every stage.

I also introduced safe AI-assisted development into production workflows—using readiness checks, automated QA validation, safeguards for service-desk queues, and human review where agents can’t resolve issues. Earlier, I managed large cross-functional teams, owned SEO/SEM and social promotion delivery, and helped shape product road mapping—always focused on reliability, performance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO standards.
