What I'm looking for

I’m seeking sourcing & recruiting work where I can run full-cycle hiring, automate outreach/reporting with AI, keep ATS audit-ready, and use hiring analytics to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.

I’ve spent 15+ years as an HR Talent Business Partner and built talent strategies for sourcing & recruiting workflows, from intake through full-cycle recruiting and ATS reporting.

At Defense Cleared Programs (Business Partner - Talent Manager), I deliver staffing management, maintain audit-ready ATS records and KPI dashboards, and use AI tools to automate sourcing, outreach, and reporting—while advising executives, hiring managers, and vendors on review gates and compliance.

Before that, I improved sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and retention workflows at Microsoft, and earlier at Google and IBM I led full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for technical engineering roles (including GovCloud, Kubernetes, and data management) with OFCCP/EEOC-compliant ATS documentation.
