I’m a risk and financial-crimes product leader who builds detection, investigation, and decisioning infrastructure at scale. I own multi-year roadmaps and ship AI-powered controls and investigator tooling that combine machine accuracy with human expertise.

Most recently at Bolt Financial, I architected compliance infrastructure from zero—delivering KYC (including a Persona to Socure migration), Transaction Monitoring, and Business Verification integrations to satisfy partner-bank and crypto requirements. I also saved $100K in vendor costs by personally deploying a merchant sanctions-screening system with Claude agents and open-source data within a two-week deadline, while reducing manual review bottlenecks by 50% and improving onboarding precision by 60% via a data-driven KYC risk-routing engine.

I’ve also built investigator workflow products, including Bolt’s first audit-ready Compliance Case Management System to replace manual fraud and suspicious-activity reviews, serving as a primary integration point across Compliance, Engineering, Legal, and Operations. At the same time, I drove an 80%+ reduction in compliance turnaround time by replacing a manual Google Sheets process with a hosted Product Risk Assessment platform.

Previously at HackerOne and ChipperCash, I enabled and improved compliance programs end-to-end—shipping UK sanctions screening, strengthening KYC and sanctions-screening experiences through KPI iteration and user research, scaling onboarding and due diligence operations across multiple jurisdictions, and building SQL-based Metabase dashboards to track turnaround time and team efficiency. I consistently define success metrics, manage complex trade-offs, and drive cross-functional execution to remove friction for both users and the business.
