I'm looking for a customer support or technical support role where I can resolve client issues, use my troubleshooting and documentation skills, learn new tools, and contribute to reliable remote or in-person service.

I've supported clients and staff at DKIPPI as a Data Protection Officer and IT Help Desk Technician, resolving personal-data inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining accurate compliance and IT records.

My work also includes remote administrative support at T & Y Information Management Services and manual QA testing at Upper Link Limited. With a Computer Science degree and JavaScript fundamentals, I bring clear communication, organized documentation, and practical technical problem-solving to customer support.
