I’m looking for remote customer support or virtual assistant work where I can resolve inquiries quickly with empathy, keep accurate documentation, and support operations with reliable reporting—so teams and clients get consistent, high-quality service.

I’m a Customer Support and Virtual Assistance professional, combining customer engagement with data management and administrative operations. I’m known for clear communication, problem-solving, and an empathy-driven approach that keeps interactions calm, professional, and effective.

Since 2020, I’ve supported clients remotely through calls, chats, and emails—handling multiple conversations at once while maintaining organization and responsiveness. I document and follow up diligently to ensure issues are resolved effectively, and I use active listening to keep customers informed and satisfied.

I also bring strong data and reporting experience from my role as a Data Officer with the World Food Programme. I conducted structured surveys with 50+ respondents daily, used Open Data Kit (ODK) for secure data transmission, and produced detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making and program planning.
