What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Support and Virtual Assistance professional, combining customer engagement with data management and administrative operations. I’m known for clear communication, problem-solving, and an empathy-driven approach that keeps interactions calm, professional, and effective.
Since 2020, I’ve supported clients remotely through calls, chats, and emails—handling multiple conversations at once while maintaining organization and responsiveness.
