What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote, entry-level customer service role where I can support customers by phone, chat, or email, follow established processes, work across time zones, and deliver a dependable customer experience.

I'm currently managing and analyzing datasets at Digilab, maintaining accurate records, organized documentation, and structured reporting while responding to internal information requests.

I've also provided remote virtual assistance and customer service, handling inquiries, correspondence, data entry, and record updates with confidentiality and care. With industrial web development training at Megamindset and a Software Engineering degree, I bring technical aptitude, process discipline, and clear communication to phone, email, and chat support.
