At Southern Star Services, I support Vietnam Airlines Cargo operations by coordinating bookings, shipment documentation, tracking, and communication with freight forwarders, warehouse teams, and overseas stations. I help resolve shipment issues and review documentation for TSA, Customs, and airline cargo compliance.

I also prepare rate quotations and sales reports, manage accounts receivable and payable, and develop training materials and operational guidelines. My work includes responding to time-sensitive shipment requests while keeping customers and partners informed.
