What I'm looking for

I seek an administrator role in a dynamic financial-services environment where I can apply process improvement, mentoring, QA and stakeholder communication to drive operational excellence.

I am a process-focused specialist and mentor with over 15 years' experience improving operational efficiency and quality within financial services. I have managed process teams, led quality assurance, and implemented improvements that strengthened compliance and service delivery.

At Glacier by Sanlam I monitored process efficiencies, oversaw incident and change management, and acted as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex issues. I routinely produced key-control reports (bank reconciliations, QA, Section 14, Regulation 28, FICA) and provided technical support via Outlook and CRM systems.
