What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead HR operations where I can own recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations—while ensuring statutory compliance. I value fair, high-trust workplaces and data-informed decisions that strengthen culture and people outcomes.

I’m an HR Manager recognized for building positive workplace relationships and delivering operational excellence in fast-paced environments. I direct end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to help new hires integrate seamlessly across departments, and I design targeted training programs that strengthen capability and support employee growth.

I manage performance through structured improvement plans and regular feedback cycles, while also resolving employee relations issues through fair and inclusive disciplinary processes. I oversee payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance (EOBI & SESSI), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with labor requirements.

Across my roles, I’ve strengthened organizational culture by promoting collaboration, aligning HR operations with business objectives, and maintaining clear communication between management and staff. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management while bringing an analytics mindset from my Master’s in Statistics and certifications in Human Resources Professional, SPSS/Advanced Excel, and QuickBooks.
