What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR leadership role where I can drive end-to-end recruitment, develop HR strategies with SOPs and KPIs, and own payroll and compliance using HRIS/ERP—while partnering with leaders to improve onboarding and employee performance.

I’m a result-oriented Human Resources professional with around 10 years of experience, working across HR Generalist and HR Business Partner capacities. I own end-to-end recruitment & selection, talent hunt and acquisition, CV bank upkeep, and urgent hiring through maximum channels, while also leading new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.

I develop SOPs and KPIs, formulate and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures, and HR manuals alongside organizational development interventions. I’ve served as Payroll Lead and handled HR record keeping and compliance, with hands-on experience in HRIS/ERP and biometric/attendance systems, plus working with government departments such as EOBI and PESSI.
