At Creative Data Research (CDR Software), I’m the senior escalation point for DAC, an IBM i ERP used by 100+ wholesale distributors. I support warehouse and distribution workflows from receiving and inventory through fulfillment, shipping, route delivery, returns, and purchasing.
I lead high-priority production incident triage and trace issues through SQL on Db2 for i, logs, and integrations. I also built a CL monitor using QSYS2.ACTIVE_JOB_INFO that alerts workstations to jobs in MSGW, and executed client data migrations to current IBM i releases with no production impact.
As a player-coach, I led and mentored application support analysts and created support documentation, KPIs, and dashboards. I also recovered $107,000 in unbilled professional services revenue by identifying a billing anomaly, using Python risk scoring, and sharing the findings with leadership; independently, I’m developing Crossdock and QueryNinja through as400.ninja.
