What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-paced role where I can support operations, improve processes, coordinate teams, deliver strong customer service, and contribute to quality assurance or localization work.

I supported Samsung SRJO’s software quality assurance work through translation accuracy, terminology consistency, and localization testing for machine translation systems.

At Aramex International, I handled more than 150 customer inquiries daily, coached a team of 10+ representatives, and monitored KPIs and daily reports to improve workflow efficiency. I also supported sales by helping customers understand products and services.

Across OFFTEC and Al Bosaleh for Office Equipment, I managed front-desk operations, meetings, files, vendors, inventory, invoicing, procurement, and bid preparation. I enjoy keeping busy operations organized, responsive, and running smoothly.
