At CGS romania/Verizon, I worked remotely in customer service and support coaching for Verizon. I learned to support people through difficult interactions and how much attitude, word choice, tone of voice, and empathy matter.

As a Trainer at McDonald's, I guided and prepared new employees and refreshed existing employees on work standards. I also retrained employees who had difficulties or weren't following those standards.

At Leoni, I operated equipment in the automotive field and gained experience with machinery. I approached the work with caution and an awareness of the consequences of my actions.

My first job in service was as a Barman at Gemi Sport, where I learned about workplace responsibility, punctuality, teamwork, and following company rules. I also gained experience in stock management, hospitality, and barista work.
