I work closely with defense counsel, insurers, and adjusters on high-severity claims, reserve adequacy, litigation exposure, policy interpretation, and coverage gaps. I also analyze repeat loss drivers across driver conduct, cargo handling, cross-border exposure, and downtime.
I build Excel MIS dashboards for underwriting and portfolio support, helping inform quotes, renewals, and insurer submissions. My earlier customer service work included verifying underwriting documents and independently quoting and selling personal insurance products.
