I’m looking for a senior insurance operations role where I can own P&L, drive claims and underwriting excellence end-to-end, modernize SOPs and MIS dashboards, and ensure IRDAI-compliant, audit-ready governance—while scaling renewal retention and channel performance.

I’m an Insurance & Financial Services leader with 10+ years of experience leading insurance operations, claims management, commercial underwriting, and portfolio governance across Insurance Broking, NBFC, and IMF platforms.

I’ve built and scaled insurance verticals from scratch—most notably an EV Motor Insurance vertical at Revfin, reaching ₹23 Cr premium in FY24-25—while owning ₹2.5–3 Cr monthly portfolios with disciplined P&L accountability and 65–70% renewal retention.

I’m hands-on across end-to-end claims operations (intimation to closure), insurer and surveyor liaison, TAT management, SOP design, and process reengineering, consistently maintaining IRDAI compliance with audit-ready governance.
