I bring 17+ years of global experience driving pricing, deal structuring, and commercial transformation—optimizing multi-million-dollar deals, improving margins, and enabling revenue growth. I specialize in strategic pricing across SaaS/subscription and managed services, including renewals, tendering (RFP/RFQ/RFQ), and complex global bid governance.
