I’m looking for an MSP Healthcare IT Managerial role where I manage, monitor, and automate healthcare infrastructure tasks. I want to lead and improve teams using reliable automation, clear monitoring, and simple, measurable outcomes.

I’m an MSP-focused IT professional with 10+ years of experience, and I’m looking for an MSP Healthcare IT Managerial role. I enjoy managing, monitoring, and automating healthcare infrastructure tasks while leading teams and staying hands-on when it matters.

In senior systems and MSP engineering roles, I’ve supported enterprise clients across healthcare, legal, and civil management. I’ve handled reporting structure and team management, delivered on-job training and technical interviews, and managed SQL database work, server-published RDP applications, and server-side scripting to automate reports and analyze tasks.

My technical foundation spans server administration and identity—DHCP, DNS, IIS, Active Directory, and Group Policy—plus monitoring, backup, and security. I use Office 365 and on-premise Exchange, automate with ConnectWise Automate/Kaseya/ManageEngine, and support backups with Datto, Veeam, and Unitrends, while using tools like Grafana, Auvik, and PRTG to keep services visible and stable.

I’m especially proud of results-driven automation: reducing antivirus alerts by automating service restarts and triggering scan/cleanup, cutting ticket and troubleshooting times (including Windows Update/repair automation and BSOD analysis), and reducing backup-ticket resolution time using automation scripts.
