I seek a role combining customer support and data work where I can apply SQL and Excel to improve processes, learn product analytics, and grow in a collaborative, learning-focused team.

I am an empathetic and patient professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving real-world problems through data. I combine customer-facing experience with technical skills in SQL, Excel and report automation to deliver timely, accurate support and insights.
