I'm looking to lead strategy, operating systems, financial stewardship, and partnerships for a mission-driven organization navigating growth, transformation, and lasting institutional impact.

I've led Construction for Change from field operations in Liberia to operational transformation across 24 countries, helping evolve a volunteer-led nonprofit into a globally distributed institution with five regional hubs. I built governance, pricing, partnership, and financial systems that generated over $10.5 million in earned revenue and supported more than 200% growth in program delivery.

I also founded and scaled Steamboat Social Club, growing recurring revenue approximately 150% year over year while connecting members with more than 30 local organizations. Across healthcare, education, workforce development, climate resilience, emergency response, and commercial construction, I build durable systems and local leadership that allow organizations to thrive beyond any one individual.
