What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my technology, AI, business analysis, and process transformation experience to complex problems in collaborative, regulated, data-driven environments.

At Barclays Investment Banking, I identify breakdowns in wholesale onboarding and operational workflows, then turn findings into practical process improvements. I designed an onboarding program and deployed a SharePoint training tracker to strengthen compliance visibility, audit readiness, and team consistency.

I support technology implementations through User Acceptance Testing, communicate findings to project leads and senior stakeholders, and collaborate with teams across the US, India, and Scotland. I also manage high-volume regulated workstreams and serve as a delegate for the Assistant Vice President when needed.

Through Outlier's Aether Project, I evaluate AI-generated outputs, assess edge cases, and provide structured feedback that improves model accuracy, reasoning, and alignment with human intent. My work has built hands-on capability in prompt engineering, LLM evaluation frameworks, and AI failure-mode analysis.

Previously at Softdocs, I resolved enterprise SaaS issues across JavaScript, SQL, APIs, and workflow processes, built custom form solutions, and automated login provisioning with PowerShell. I bring a 4.0 Computer Science background, a Data Science minor, and experience leading cross-functional projects at EnerPetrol.
