At DÈMARCHE,SOCIETÈCOOPERATIVE, I’m completing my first year of a commercial employee CFC apprenticeship through the FORJAD programme. I manage and follow up on employee files and applications, and prepare HR and contractual documents.
I use Lucca and Microsoft 365 for HR administration and professional correspondence. I’m looking to continue my training in Switzerland’s primary labour market and keep developing my administrative and professional skills within a company.
On my personal commerce project, I manage administrative tasks, orders, and customer service, and create digital content using Shopify and digital tools. My experience also includes welcoming and serving customers in a restaurant.
