What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue connecting business and IT teams on international enterprise application projects, improving processes, system adoption, data quality, and operational efficiency.

At Akkodis, I serve as the functional reference for Bullhorn ATS and Whoz, translating challenged business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.

I've stabilized a newly deployed Bullhorn solution integrated with Salesforce through business support, reporting improvements, user adoption initiatives, and release validation. I also improve Whoz adoption by resolving data-quality issues, strengthening training materials, and optimizing Salesforce-integrated processes.

Previously at Amaris, I led more than 20 international Cegid Talent Management implementation projects across manufacturing, healthcare, wholesale, consulting, and software. I coordinated Agile and Waterfall delivery while connecting HR teams, IT teams, and software vendors around system interfaces, data flows, and HRIS adoption.

I'm passionate about ensuring technology serves business objectives, using workshops, process analysis, UAT, training, and change management to build practical solutions.
