Aurelio Osorno

Founded and developed an independent food company with responsibility for product development, operations, sales, customer relationships, marketing, events, and community engagement. Built an organic digital audience of more than 10,000 followers and trained approximately 10 team members and volunteers.

Managed instruction, communication, assessment, documentation, and student support for approximately 40 students. Used performance data and direct feedback to modify content and delivery, and developed original instructional materials.

Built curriculum and supporting resources from the ground up for a developing Ethnic Studies program. Collaborated with students, families, educators, and school leadership to evaluate and improve program delivery.

Delivered and adapted U.S. History, Journalism, and interdisciplinary content for multicultural and multilingual audiences. Translated complex subject matter into accessible presentations, activities, discussions, and written resources.

Managed daily instruction and learning operations across multiple cohorts, including curriculum implementation, assessment, communication, and classroom systems. Adapted technical and scientific material for diverse academic and language backgrounds.
