I founded and lead the Gender Euphoria Closet at Mount Holyoke College, securing over $50K in two years and permanent college funding for free gender-affirming care supplies. I manage supplies, student appointments, program outcomes, and a growing student team.
As a UFCW Local 1459 organizer intern and union steward, I've supported organizing, bargaining, worker-rights education, strategy planning, and contract development. I conducted legal and archival research, built wage-standardization benchmarks, and helped organize a unanimous staff vote to unionize.
In residential life and peer health education, I've created more than 15 health and equity programs, facilitated restorative justice workshops, supported students in crisis, and led hiring processes. I've also managed community-building teams and conducted over 50 resident interviews annually.
I'm completing a BA in Data Science and Critical Race & Political Economies at Mount Holyoke College, with experience in R, Java, Python, MATLAB, C++, legal research, and data analysis. My work is grounded in accessible support, worker power, restorative justice, and practical systems that meet community needs.
