At Amcord Care, I coordinate services and supports for participants, working with providers, hospitals, managed care organizations, service providers, and caregivers. I support person-centered planning for home- and community-based services, waiver supports, personal assistance, and durable medical equipment.
At UPMC, I supported telehealth and clinical visits through patient intake, charting, appointment coordination, and follow-up education. My experience also includes medical assisting, hospital administration, and managing daily operations at HBD Hair Studios.
