At Blackstone Career Institute, I lead and teach the Medical Transcription program while reviewing curriculum and creating monthly student discussions. I also maintain 99% to 100% accuracy as an acute-care editor/transcriptionist at CommandHealth.
I've owned and managed Puyallup Medical Transcription, serving hospitals, clinics, and private offices across Washington and Oregon while training 15–30 transcriptionists.
