I’m a customer-facing SaaS delivery leader with 10+ years of experience owning end-to-end technical implementations and post-sale account success at enterprise scale. I specialize in leading deployments from kickoff to go-live, then driving measurable platform adoption across multi-stakeholder environments.

I build joint success plans aligned to customer KPIs—platform adoption, feature utilisation, expansion pipeline, and retention—and translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes. I’m also known for creating executive relationships, running discovery workshops/POCs/EBRs, and orchestrating cross-functional delivery teams to keep timelines, scope, and success metrics on track.

Across AWS, Azure, and GCP, I lead Kubernetes-based, cloud-native deployments and deliver SSO configuration plus connector integrations end-to-end. For Acceldata, I’ve delivered Compute Observability for Databricks environments (Unity Catalog, Notebooks, cluster configurations) and automated pipeline observability workflows using the Acceldata Python SDK.

In earlier roles, I served as a technical account lead for enterprise adoption of the Alation Data Catalog, designing metadata connectors with Alation’s OCF Java SDK and integrating Snowflake, Redshift, ADLS, Oracle, and Teradata. I’ve also owned data governance and lineage work (data dictionary and glossary management), resolved critical production escalations under SLA pressure, and improved onboarding playbooks and knowledge bases to make delivery repeatable and scalable.
