For a healthcare transformation, I implemented HR Service Delivery features including Employee Center, HR Services, and Lifecycle Events, and integrated Workday with ServiceNow to synchronize employee information.
I also support ServiceNow platform engineering and governance, including upgrades, cloning, Update Set releases, and access controls. For CMDB and IT operations work, I supported Discovery implementation and integrations involving SolarWinds and SCCM.
