I’m seeking to contribute to a fast-paced ServiceNow development team and drive measurable improvements in IT operations.

At TechCrystal LLC, I develop and test ServiceNow scripts and policies to improve platform functionality, data integrity, and user experience.

I build Service Catalog items and automate multi-step approval and fulfillment workflows with Flow Designer, translating business requests into reusable digital offerings.

I also configure Now Mobile and Now Agent, maintain inbound email actions, and support on-call scheduling to help streamline request and incident handling.

My projects include a React crypto exchange mini app and browser games and tools built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I’m seeking to contribute to a fast-paced ServiceNow development team and drive improvements in IT operations.
