What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT Business Analyst role in a product-focused team.

At ProfitBooks Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I ran customer discovery conversations and translated recurring pain points into enhancement requests for the product and tech teams. I also benchmarked accounting platforms and helped define workflows for a dedicated Bookkeeping Department.

On ProfitBooks Scratch, I documented requirements and specifications for a data migration platform, including audit logging and secured bookkeeper access. For ProfitBooks Usability Optimization, I wrote Jira user stories and acceptance criteria for onboarding and navigation improvements, and supported UAT.
