I’m a versatile MBA graduate in Accounting & Information Systems, bringing a strong track record in operations management, data analysis, customer communication, and research. I consistently manage high-volume workflows, coordinate stakeholders, and turn raw information into clear, actionable reports.

In my current role as an Operations Associate at Pathao Courier, I manage end-to-end parcel booking and dispatch for the hub zone—ensuring workflow accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. I act as a primary customer contact for real-time status updates, change/cancellation requests, and complaint resolution, while verifying transactions and cross-checking documentation before dispatch approval.

I also support improvement through measurable reporting and automation, producing daily/weekly performance reports with MS Excel and the Pathao internal hub system. Earlier, I built Excel-based performance dashboards at IDLC Securities, authored 100+ research-backed modules at 10 Minute School, and completed an MBA thesis focused on quantitative and qualitative research design—reinforcing my careful, data-driven approach.
